So you've got the skills and experience to become a Falcon TL driver and are now interested in joining us. Your first step is to apply using our Application Form and follow the steps shown in the form, it shouldn't take more than 15 minutes of your time! Once you've followed the application form process and we find that you're a good match, we'll contact you to discuss the next steps.
We've now made you an offer and you've accepted it, great! We can now move onto the onboarding process. Our aim is to make this process as smooth as possible for applicants. There are 3 easy steps when onboarding:
1. License check - Mandatory checks are made on your license to see if it is valid and that you don't exceed the maximum number of points.
2. Drug and alcohol test - A swab test is done to make sure you're fit for driving - this usually takes up to 15 minutes.
3. Background check - We run a background check on you to ensure you're the perfect match when you deliver parcels to ensure the safety of the public is always a priority.
